About Buta’s Place

Buta’s Place is a recently constructed three-​story detached house, conveniently located ​just a three-minute walk from a bus platform ​that connects to Kinshicho, Kameido, ​Ryogoku, and Hirai Stations on the JR and ​Tokyo Metro Lines, as well as Funabori Station ​on the Toei Shinjuku Subway line. This ​location offers easy access to Asakusa, ​Akihabara, Shibuya, Shinjuku, Sky Tree, and ​Disneyland. The neighborhood also features ​supermarkets, convenience stores, ​Japanese restaurants, ramen shops, ​bakeries, and more.

Rooms

Guest rooms are located in the ground floor. The host and ​a dog lives in the shared living space (3F). Areas available ​for use: 1st floor shower room and toilet, kitchen and dining ​room on 2nd floor.

Can accommodate up to 3 people.

¥18,000 per night (Maximum of 3 persons)

To ensure our vacation rental remains in pristine condition for all guests, a cleaning fee of ​¥1,000 will be charged per stay. This fee covers the cost of professional cleaning services

Can accommodate up to 2 people.

general House Rules

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
   
• Check-in: 3:00PM
  
• Check-out: 11:00AM
  
2. No Smoking:
   
• Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Please use the designated ​smoking area outside.
  
3. Pets:
   
• Small pets are welcome with prior approval.! Please clean up after your ​pets.
  
4. Quiet Hours:
   
• Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Please be considerate of our ​neighbors.
  
5. Children:
   
• Children are welcome. Please supervise them at all times.
  
6. Parking:
   
• Parking is available in the driveway. Please do not park on the street. ​Please inform us should you need to use the parking slot.
  
7. Towels:
   
• Each guest is provided with one towel.
  
• Should you require more, an additional fee of JPY 1000 per towel will be ​applied.

Trash Disposal:

Dispose of waste responsibly by adhering to these guidelines:

• Recyclables: Separate materials such as paper, cardboard, glass, metal cans, ​and plastic containers.
  
• Organic Waste: Collect food scraps, garden waste, and other biodegradable ​items. Use the black trash bags for these.
  
• Non-Recyclables: Items that cannot be recycled, such as certain plastics, ​ceramics, and contaminated materials, should go in the bin provided in your ​room.
  

DISPOSAL OF PET BOTTLES

Remove the label and ​throw them into the ​burnable bins

Remove the bottle cap and ​throw them into the bin ​outside the main entrance ​door.

Throw the PET bottles in ​the designated bin ​outside the main entrance ​door.
